New ZOOM SCHEDULE FOR LVLA POSTED ABOVE

This week: HYBRID students will be back to In-person PE. NO MORE ZOOMS and ALL asynchronous quizzes DUE BY MAY 16 THEY WILL HAVE PE MON-THURS, AND NEED TO WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING, GOOD ATHLETIC SHOES, AND HAVE WATER WITH THEM

LVLA STUDENTS all have zoom on Friday now. Students will be active on zoom this week.

Remember, at minimum, LVLA students should be exercising 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Students should be running a mile once a week; time it as well as keep a log of their times. They should also be doing push-ups and curl-ups on each of those days. They should be getting their heart rates up to at least 120 bpm.
